After Treatment 1: Definitely not stressing. I feel lighter, and my body has been dumping. I was a little emotional last night, but today I’m more positive. In my head I keep telling myself, I am enough, and f*** all those people who made me feel otherwise. I should write a book.

After Treatment 2: I am enough.

For a long time, the words others used to describe me tried to become the words I used to describe myself. Too white. Too this. Not enough of that. Criticized for freckles. Judged for things that simply make me human.

But those words do not define me.

I am a person with flaws, strengths, growth, and resilience—just like every other human being. Perfectly imperfect. And that is more than enough.

What I have learned is that the things people say about us often say far more about their own pain, bias, or insecurity than they ever do about our worth.

So today I choose something different. I choose self-respect. I choose compassion for myself and for others. I choose to stop carrying labels that were never mine to begin with.

We are all walking through life with stories no one else fully understands. That alone should remind us to lead with kindness, respect, and humanity.

Before judging someone’s appearance, their background, their differences, or their flaws, pause and ask yourself what kind of world you want to help create.

I know the kind of world I want to live in—one where people are seen, valued, and treated with dignity.

And it starts with remembering this simple truth.

We are all enough.
